Workflow examples
See what implementation could look like.
Explore an illustrative finance system: what agents do, where they work, and who controls their actions.
Everything on this page is an illustration. It uses made-up data, and no client is named. It shows the format a real deployment page follows.
Example
One agent system, illustrated.
This is one of the systems we would expect to deploy first. It is an illustration, and it describes no client.

The format
What every deployment page shows.
The same eight facts, in the same order, so that one deployment can be compared with another and checked.
Workflow architecture
Which agents exist, what each one does, and which steps are deterministic, agentic or human.
Systems involved
The software the agents work in, such as the ERP, the mailbox and the chat tool, and what each connection allows.
Initial autonomy level
Where each workflow started, and the evidence that justified starting there.
Current autonomy level
Where each workflow is now, and what it took to get there.
Controls
The permissions, policy checks, confidence thresholds, approvals and escalation paths in force.
Exception rate
How often a run met something the agent could not settle within its rules.
Human intervention rate
How often a person had to step in, and why.
Business outcome
The result, measured against a baseline agreed in the audit, over a stated period.
Real deployments
What changes when a real deployment is published.
A real page carries the same eight facts, with the customer's own systems and figures in them.
A real deployment page is written with the customer, and it goes up only when they agree. It names the department and the systems, and it says plainly what level of authority the agents hold today.
Every figure on it carries its baseline, the period it covers and how it was measured. A figure that cannot be checked does not go on the page.
FAQ
Common questions
The examples are illustrations, so they have no customer. A real deployment is written with the customer and published only with their agreement.
Yes. Those two numbers say more than the headline outcome, because they show how much of the work the agents finish and how much still needs a person. A real page reports both, with the period they cover and the baseline they are measured against.
The example deployment below walks through an invoice exception view by view: the evidence, the policy checks, the confidence and the audit record. It uses made-up data, and it says so.
